Absolutely! We highly recommend scheduling an appointment for the best experience possible. While walk-ins are always welcome, having an appointment ensures that we can allocate dedicated time and attention to you and your guests. It allows us to provide personalized service, answer any questions you may have, and assist you in exploring our beautiful merchandise.

 

By scheduling an appointment, you can also avoid any potential wait times and ensure that a staff member will be available to assist you upon your arrival. This way, we can make sure that your visit is as seamless and enjoyable as possible.

We understand the importance of managing appointments effectively and ensuring that our staff's time is valued. Requiring a credit card to hold the appointment and implementing a cancellation policy helps us maintain a fair and efficient scheduling system.

 

For bridal, bridesmaids, and mothers' appointments, we have a $50 cancellation policy. This means that if the appointment is canceled within 48 hours of the scheduled time or if there is a no-show, a $50 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

During a bridal dress appointment, it's best to wear comfortable and appropriate clothing that allows you to easily try on different dresses. Here are some suggestions:

 

  1. Nude or seamless undergarments: Wearing nude or seamless undergarments will help you get a better idea of how the dresses will fit and look on you.
  2. Strapless bra: If you plan on trying on strapless or off-the-shoulder dresses, it's a good idea to wear a strapless bra for better support and to see how the dress will look with that style of undergarment.
  3. Hair tie: If you have long hair, it's helpful to bring a hair tie or clip to pull your hair back when trying on dresses that have intricate back details.

Bridal

Our Bridal Collection ranges from $999-$7000 with sample sizes from 6-16. We require 65% deposit at the time of purchase, and the remainder is to be paid 10 days after dress arrival. 

 

Mother of the Wedding 

Mothers gowns range in price from $700-$950 and our samples range in size from 8-16

We require 65% deposit at the time of purchase and the remainder 10days after the dress arrival. 

 

Bridesmaids 

Bridesmaids dresses range in price from $250-$550 and our samples range in size from 4-24. 

For Bridesmaids purchases we require payment in full at the time of purchase.

It takes at least 8-9 months for the wedding gown to arrive. It takes about 2-3 months for us to Alter your gown. Bridesmaids dresses 5 - 6months, Mothers 6-8months. Please give yourself an ample time to order the gowns in order not to worry about the delays in production and delivery.

Bring your dress to us and we will be more than glad to help you with our Cleaning and Preservation Services.

Not all the dresses are available on the rack. During your bridal dress appointment, our stylist will work closely with you to understand your preferences and style. They will then personally select dresses from our private closet that they believe will suit your vision and body type. While you may not have direct access to browse through all the dresses on the rack, our stylist will ensure that you have the opportunity to try on a variety of options that align with your preferences.

 

Our goal is to provide you with a personalized and curated experience, where our stylist can offer their expertise and guidance in finding the perfect dress for you. They will take into account your style, body shape, and any specific requests you may have. By having our stylist pull the dresses for you, they can also provide valuable insights and suggestions based on their experience.

 

We strongly recommend Browsing through our website and create a Wishlist with the dresses you like. It will not only give your stylist an idea of the dresses we have available but also help her understand your style preferences before your appointment. This way, we can better assist you in finding the perfect dress during your visit.

As stated in our contract, all sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges on any of our items selected at the time of the appointment, whether it’s a Special order or item bought from a store. This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and quality of our gowns and to provide a fair and consistent experience for all of our customers.

We do offer an Alteration services on the premises for all our and outside customers.
