Return 

You may return your item within 3 days of delivery, provided it is in its original condition—unworn, unwashed, and unaltered—with all dress tags still attached. Please return the gown in its original packaging.

After we receive and review your return, we will process a refund to your original form of payment at the purchase price. 

A 20% processing fee will be deducted from your refund. 

For all Special Orders a 35% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund

Please be aware that items marked as ‘Final Sale’ cannot be returned.

Outlined below are the guidelines for our shipping process. Please note that Crystal Bridal Boutique may revise this policy at any time. All shipments depend on credit approval, product availability, and current delivery and weather conditions. Crystal Bridal Boutique reserves the right to decline service and cancel orders at its discretion, provided such actions are not discriminatory against legally protected classes

 

Order Fulfillment

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 2-3 business days. Please allow extra time for your order to arrive, as transit times may vary. Should your shipment face an unexpected delay, please notify us immediately. 

 

Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated and shown at checkout.

**Within the Continental United States:**

- Store Pick up: $0

- Standard shipping for gowns: $30 each

- Expedited shipping for gowns: $100 each

- Standard shipping for accessories: $18 each

 

Outside the Continental U.S.:

- Additional fees apply to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations

- International shipping rates range from $180–$550

- International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees assessed upon arrival

- All international gown sales are final
