These Terms govern all interactions with our website and services for all visitors and customers. Should you disagree with any portion of these Terms, we kindly ask that you exit our website and refrain from making purchases.
Crystal Bridal Boutique maintains the right to adjust these Terms as needed. All modifications become binding immediately upon publication. Your continued engagement with our website following any updates indicates your consent to the revised Terms.
SMS Messaging Program
Crystal Bridal Boutique, Inc. offers an SMS text messaging program (Crystal Bridal Boutique SMS Notifications) to clients who opt in. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your bridal appointment, gown order, and alterations — including appointment reminders and confirmations, order and alteration status updates, and customer service replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages through this program.
Message frequency varies based on your appointments and orders. Message and data rates may apply.
You can cancel at any time by texting STOP. After you do, we'll send one final SMS confirming you've been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages from us. To rejoin, opt in again the same way you did the first time.

Return Guidelines
- Bridal gowns purchased through crystalbridalboutique.com after May 27, 2025, excluding those marked "final sale," are eligible for return within 3 days after delivery, with a 20% restocking charge applied. For all Special Orders a 35% Restocking Fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns beyond this timeframe will not be considered. All returned gowns must maintain their original tags and condition—unworn, unaltered, unwashed and pristine.
- Items designated as "final sale" and all accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- We encourage you to reach out with any product inquiries prior to completing your transaction.
- All purchases made at our physical boutique locations are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Price and Inventory Management
- Product pricing is subject to modification without advance notification.
- Our online inventory is shared with our physical boutiques and availability may change rapidly. Should your selected item become unavailable after order placement, we will process a complete refund.
Order Processing and Delivery
- We typically prepare and ship orders within 2-3 business days. Additional transit time should be anticipated.
- Tracking information will be provided via email upon shipment.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and are not liable for carrier delays or unforeseen circumstances. For significant delays, we will provide notification.
- All deliveries require an adult signature upon receipt. No exceptions!
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and international destinations incur additional delivery fees.
Shipment Issues
- Crystal Bridal Boutique assumes no responsibility for items damaged or lost during transit. For damaged deliveries, you must contact us immediately on the delivery date with photographic evidence and delivery information. Please preserve all packaging materials and affected items for verification purposes.
Payment Terms
- We accept all types of Credit cards except AMEX and Prepaid gift cards. Orders attempted with prepaid gift cards will be voided and refunded.
-Orders cannot be canceled after twenty-four (24) hours from the time of placement or after the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first.
- If delivery attempts are unsuccessful and your package returns to our facility, a new order must be placed to receive your items. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Customer Obligations
- By utilizing our website, you confirm your legal adult status in your jurisdiction or appropriate parental authorization.
- Our website and products must not be used for illegal purposes or in violation of applicable laws.
- Violation of these Terms may result in immediate access termination.
Liability Limitations
- All products and services are provided without warranties.

By engaging with our services, you expressly waive any claims for damages of any kind arising from your interaction with Crystal Bridal Boutique, including but not limited to damages resulting from interruptions of service, errors, or product performance.
